IS MY PROPERTY ELIGIBLE ?

Property must have a valid EPC with no outstanding insulation recommendations.
Address any insulation recommendations before applying.
Consult us, an MCS certified installers for suitability of low carbon heating systems.

AM I ELIGIBLE ? You must:

Own the property you're applying for, including business properties, second homes, or rental properties.
Install or plan to install the new heating system on or after 1 April 2022.
Replace fossil fuel heating systems, such as oil, gas, or electric.
Remain eligible even if you've previously received funding for energy efficiency improvements like insulation.
